We’re looking for a CAD Designer to join our team in Milton Keynes and help us bring retail spaces to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Design Manager and project teams to create, refine, and maintain the drawings and models that shape our network. Your work will directly support how our sites look, feel, and function.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll take ownership of producing and coordinating CAD drawings and models, making sure they meet our standards and reflect project needs.
  • You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other partners to understand requirements and translate them into clear, accurate design outputs.
  • You’ll help us keep our CAD standards up to date, review drawings for accuracy, and organise files so the team can easily find what they need.
  • You’ll also stay curious about new tools and ways of working, bringing forward ideas that help us improve.
