  • Strategy Communication: Develop compelling storylines and prepare materials that effectively communicate technology strategies for diverse audiences, including bp’s businesses, integrating functions, and leadership teams.

Proven track record of leading multiple projects, strategic problem solving, mobilising teams, and/or managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Broad technology landscape knowledge: Awareness of and a deep curiosity towards current and emerging technologies, industry trends, and standard processes across digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, automation, and data management. Ability to evaluate and apply technology solutions to strategic business challenges.

  • Continuous learning and thought leadership: Commitment to staying updated with technology trends, sharing insights, and contributing to bp’s intellectual capital and innovation culture.
