We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Ethics & Compliance team, supporting regulatory relationships and governance activities across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior compliance leaders and a wide network of partners to help ensure we meet evolving regulatory expectations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong, transparent relationships with regulators, while helping to embed robust governance practices across multiple jurisdictions. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting relationships with key regulators (e.g. FCA), including preparing materials and coordinating responses
  • Drafting and coordinating regulatory communications in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders
  • Assisting with governance activities and ensuring accurate, timely regulatory submissions
  • Maintaining compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Supporting regulatory risk assessments and ensuring documentation remains up to date
  • Helping deliver regulatory training and tracking completion
  • Coordinating compliance reviews and supporting assurance activities
  • Tracking regulatory changes and supporting impact assessments
  • Contributing to cross-functional and international projects
  • Supporting STOR submissions (UK MAR) and maintaining appropriate records
  • Building strong working relationships across global teams to promote consistency and best practice

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in compliance, legal, or a regulatory environment (financial services experience is advantageous)
  • A good understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA or similar is helpful)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work across teams and geographies
  • The confidence to build relationships and engage partners at different levels
  • A proactive perspective and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
