This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership. We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Advisor to join our Talent, Learning & Skills team, supporting the delivery of impactful learning solutions with a particular focus on safety and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of learning, data, and business performance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our learning programmes not only meet regulatory and safety requirements but also genuinely support our people to grow, perform, and succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of learning programmes, with a focus on safety and compliance
- Analysing learning and performance data to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Monitoring programme effectiveness and providing insights to improve outcomes
- Working with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and learning needs
- Helping to shape and continuously improve learning processes and frameworks
- Promoting learning opportunities and encouraging engagement across the organisation
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and supporting wider team objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in learning & development, data analytics, or a related field
- Confidence working with data to generate insights and support decision-making
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to different audiences
- Good organisational and project management skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships
- An interest in continuous improvement and enhancing learning experiences
- Familiarity with learning technologies or digital tools (beneficial but not essential)
