In this dynamic and driven environment, we’re looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional who understands the nuances of commercial customer segments and can translate insight into action! This role is central to driving B2B growth through strategic marketing initiatives, improving customer experiences, and delivering measurable commercial impact across fleet and dealer channels. What you will do Clear articulation of the customer funnel marketing strategy across fleet and dealer. With the relevant marketing plans to grow and protect identified customer segments. Planning and delivering 12-month marketing roadmaps for your market, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Across multiple paid and owned channels, as well as relationship building hospitality and events. Supporting customer offer and service marketing, including brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. Developing and completing impactful dealer and distributor experiences and activations that support long-term growth and customer service excellence. Planning and enhancing CRM journeys across fleet segments, focusing on reporting, testing, and streamlining campaign execution to drive efficiency and engagement. Budget management, analysing of spend, campaign performance and customer feedback to continuously optimise marketing efficiency What you will deliver Local Insight & Strategy Adaptation: Gather, share and apply market & customer insights to ensure customer first thinking in any local marketing plans, including leverage bp B2B marketing procedure globally, working closely with our global marketing NoE (Network of Excellence) teams & ensuring you stay up to date with the latest in B2B marketing. Campaign Execution: Lead product launches, brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation campaigns for fleet and dealer audiences. Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales teams to support lead nurturing, Customer Lifetime Management (CLM), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and promotional planning. Engagement & Activation: Deliver high-impact fleet & dealer experiences, events, and sales enablement initiatives that drive engagement and commercial growth. Content & Asset Localisation: Adapt global toolkits, digital assets, and creative content to ensure relevance and effectiveness in local markets. Innovation & Experimentation: Support A/B testing and suggest new insights to refine content, improve processes, and enhance customer and dealer impact. Compliance & Operational Perfection: Ensure all marketing activities meet local regulatory, tax, and language standards while resolving complex issues collaboratively. Hub Utilisation & SLA Fulfilment: Drive increased use of shared marketing assets and tools through the marketing hub in India, ensuring year-on-year improvement in SLA fulfilment and content re-use. What you will need to be successful Proven experience in B2B marketing, fleet or partner management, or sales enablement—ideally within a multi-national, matrixed organisation. Strong analytical and project management skills to track performance, lead complex initiatives, and deliver impactful campaigns. Proficiency in digital & CRM marketing, with a focus on lead generation, performance marketing, content optimisation, and customer journey management and Salesforce Experience in planning and driving large-scale events and a multi-level hospitality plan to manage relationships across all levels within customer organisations. Deep insight into B2B markets, customers and competitor landscapes Consistent record running multi-million-dollar marketing budgets Leadership in agency partnerships across both creative and media fields Expertise in analytics, reporting and data-driven decision-making Strategic mastery of customer acquisition and long-term retention planning Innovative offer development that drives commercial impact Skill in adapting and localising content for diverse markets Your team Your role is part of our UK marketing team, made up of a diverse and dedicated group of marketers working together to activate brand and customer experience, and drive performance across markets. You will work closely with our B2B Global Marketing (NoE) team and our India-based marketing hub, which will support strategy development for your markets, helping you complete plans and optimise activity. You will work in partnership with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment on approach and execution of plans. From time to time, you’ll engage directly with sponsors, partners, agencies, and subject matter authorities (SMEs), building strong relationships to deliver impactful outcomes for your brands in your markets.
