We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team within the Free Trade channel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded leader with a passion for people development and a track record in driving regional growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your mission will be to lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver growth across volume, margin, and value — all aligned to a clear commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive performance across your regional P&L
  • Lead from the front with structured coaching, regular field days, and 1-2-1 development
  • Grow OBV while ensuring account retention and new business targets are consistently achieved
  • Build capability within your team, empowering them to succeed and grow
  • Communicate and activate strategy at a local level
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand plans across your territory
  • Foster a culture of clarity, trust, and accountability

Role Scope

  • Team leadership: 9 direct reports
  • Budget: Indirect impact on wider Free Trade commercial performance

Stakeholder Relationships

You’ll work closely with internal sales leadership as well as key regional customers.

About You

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales leadership role (ideally within FMCG or drinks)
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident managing a P&L
  • Exceptional communicator with natural coaching and leadership skills
  • Comfortable balancing short-term targets with long-term team and business growth
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
