Do you know, work for or are you a Private Credit Fund, Junior / Mezzanine Lender with appetite for innovative financing solutions? WE ARE FINANCIAL ARCHITECTS. Bozzino & Company is a global business transformation firm, specializing in midmarket growth, merchant banking, and turnaround management.
We are actively seeking a Mezzanine Lender to provide HoldCo PIK loans and back-leverage facilities on an ad hoc basis, to our client base of Project and/or Equity sponsors, while we raise the full capital stack pari passu.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered, active Private Credit Fund, Hedge Fund, Debt investor or Junior Lender
- Comfortable with startups, emerging companies, and early stage financing structures
- Appetite to navigate complex, non-traditional deals
