Trade Counter Sales Assistant

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Trade Counter Sales Assistant working as part of the team at our Llandrindod Wells branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times.

· Serving our customers politely and professionally at all times

· Keeping the shop clean and tidy

· Storing Stock safely and ensuring that the shop is a safe and secure environment

. Checking incoming goods against supplier\’s delivery notes

. Providing excellent customer service always

You will need to be:

· A flexible team player who can also work on their own initiative

· Able to communicate with our customers

· Approachable, positive and polite

· Motivated, energetic and passionate about your work

· Able to learn and advise customers on suitable products

. Previous sales experience in a Builders Merchant is preferable but training will be given

Working hours are:

Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 5.30 pm

Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm

1 in 4 weekends
