Sportsbook Executive
Reports to: Sportsbook Planning Manager
Location: Gibraltar
The Sportsbook Executive is responsible for driving the delivery and implementation of promotional campaigns and proposition activities for Sportsbook. This role sits at the heart of campaign planning and execution where you’ll turn commercial strategy into compelling, customer-facing experiences that engage players and deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
Campaign & Planning Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end planning process for all campaigns and projects within the 1-month planning framework.
- Translate the Sportsbook Commercial Plan into impactful, customer-facing campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Maintain full accountability for timelines, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring all teams adhere to agreed processes and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Trading, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to create and execute an integrated marketing and proposition plan.
- Act as the central point of contact and coordination, ensuring alignment and timely communication across departments.
- Coach and guide teams through the planning process, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Campaign Execution
- Develop, brief, and oversee creative requirements, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and aligned with the weekly message hierarchy.
- Build the weekly Premium Price Boost plan in partnership with Trading, balancing customer appeal with commercial viability.
- Collaborate with CRM to deliver seamless promotional communications, briefing teams in line with Sportsbook’s planning framework and key event timelines.
- Own the delivery of the 1-month planning process, including promotions scheduling, creative concepting, campaign setup, and stakeholder briefings (CRM, Creative, CS, Operations, Content, etc.).
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all Sportsbook activities and promotions comply with regulatory and company requirements, working closely with the Compliance team.
- Keep the Sportsbook Planner and Calendar (Monday.com) updated to reflect current campaigns and upcoming milestones.
- Oversee creative brief sign-offs and maintain strong campaign documentation standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to hold teams accountable and maintain positive working relationships.
- A proactive, structured approach and confidence in managing tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for sport and sports betting, with an understanding of what drives customer engagement in the category.
