Role Purpose
You will be responsible and accountable for the shop and the team in the absence of the Shop Manager. This includes operating and running the shop, managing the team effectively, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day. The role involves assisting the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, accepting and paying out bets, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the business and managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.

- Lead the shop operation and team in the absence of the Shop Manager, including:
- Opening and closing the shop
- Managing and guiding the Shop Team
- Cash management procedures
- Managing and utilizing the company Time and Attendance system, ensuring adherence from the team
