Role Purpose
You will be responsible and accountable for the shop and the team in the absence of the Shop Manager, including operating and running the shop and managing the team effectively. Your daily tasks will include assisting the Shop Manager, ensuring high standards are maintained, accepting and paying out bets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves opening and closing the store, and managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include supporting the Shop Manager, leading the shop team in their absence, managing shop opening and closing, cash procedures, team guidance, and maintaining shop standards. You will also ensure excellent customer service, handle bets accurately through various channels, act as a Brand Ambassador, and adhere to operational and social responsibility procedures.
