BOYLE Sports is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Castleford store and our surrounding shops in the area.
You will lead the shop team, handle opening/closing, cash procedures, and provide excellent customer service while accepting and paying bets and ensuring high store standards throughout the day.
The role requires a proactive, people-focused leader with strong communication skills and a passion for sport and betting.
