Become part of our Kent-based team, supporting critical street works and infrastructure projects. As a T2 operative, you’ll deliver compliant, safe TM layouts, working to ARTSM and Red Book standards.
Main Duties
- Set up and remove static TM layouts on A-roads, rural lanes, and sensitive sites
- Ensure all equipment is correctly positioned and fully compliant
- Support supervisors in safe management of traffic and pedestrian flows, minimising disruption
- Complete digital job packs and upload geotagged photos—this is a strict requirement for payment and compliance
- Maintain full compliance with Boyle Highways TM’s zero‑tolerance drug and alcohol policy
You’ll Need
- UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In‑date Occupational Health (Safety Critical Medical) certificate
- willingness to undergo and pass pre‑induction and random drug & alcohol testing
- Good understanding of traffic management basics
- Smart phone for digital compliance
