Join Boyle Highways TM and help keep South London’s streets moving safely and efficiently. As a T1 operative, you’ll be actively involved in mobile and short-duration traffic management schemes, always working to the highest ARTSM and Code of Practice standards.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and remove mobile TM layouts, ensuring all equipment and signage meets ARTSM and TSRGD standards.
- Support rapid response teams in live carriageway environments, prioritising safety for all users.
- Log all activities digitally, maintaining a robust audit trail for compliance and quality assurance.
- Adhere strictly to Boyle Highways TM’s drug & alcohol policy—random and pre-induction testing applies.
Essential Requirements
- UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In-date Occupational Health (Safety Critical Medical) certificate
- Willingness to undergo and pass drug & alcohol testing (zero-tolerance policy)
- Basic TM experience or TTMBC qualification
- Smart phone for job compliance
