Responsibilities:
- Our Design Team is currently working on several new settlements and neighbourhoods and is looking to recruit experienced urban designers.
- More than 3 years of UK based experience working on masterplanning projects in similar planning or design practice.
- A post graduate qualification in urban design from a UK based university is essential for this role and a background in architecture will be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience of strategic site promotion through production of vision documents and outline planning applications in the UK.
- Demonstrable experience of working with multi-disciplinary consultants on projects.
- Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and CAD. Hand drawing skills will be advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without a work visa.
