Sales Director

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales & Marketing Director will lead the development of a more structured and effective commercial capability for ASG Group, a well-established engineering and manufacturing business operating across injection moulding, fabrication and forming, with a strong footprint in automotive and wider transportation markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, developing key customer relationships and building a disciplined, high-performing sales function capable of winning and growing profitable business.

A key part of the role will be establishing clearer commercial direction, professionalising sales activity and unlocking cross‑selling opportunities across the wider Pendine Group, while strengthening ASG’s position with OEM, tier supplier and engineering‑led customers.

This is a high‑impact commercial leadership role for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in automotive or engineered manufacturing environments. The appointed candidate will bring greater structure, pace and accountability to business development activity, while helping position ASG for its next phase of growth.
