Leadership Consulting is one of three core practice areas within Boyden, working closely with Executive Search and Interim Management. Our Leadership Consulting practice partners with clients to assess, develop and accelerate the performance of senior leaders and teams. We work across a range of sectors, delivering evidence-based solutions that drive organisational success.

Following significant growth in the practice, we are now seeking to add to our team of experts, to assist in the design and delivery of high-quality leadership consulting solutions and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the practice in the UK and internationally. The role combines hands-on project delivery with elements of business development, with significant opportunity for career development and progression with a clear track to Partner level.

We are seeking candidates with experience within the key leadership consulting disciplines (leadership assessment, development, coaching, succession, team performance) gained in either a consultancy or in-house talent role. Experience of operating with senior stakeholders, well-developed communication and facilitation skills, commercial acumen, alongside relevant accreditations in psychometric assessment tools, are paramount.
