This is an opportunity to join one of the leading independent operators in the UK North Sea at a particularly important stage in its evolution. Ithaca has built significant scale through a combination of organic investment and transformational growth, and this role will play a key part in ensuring the business continues to operate within a strong, proportionate and business-aligned compliance and internal controls framework.

Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, the successful candidate will take ownership of corporate compliance frameworks and their ongoing development across areas including governance, code of conduct and ethics, whistleblowing, gifts and hospitality, KYC, counterparty due diligence and related internal controls. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, they will help embed a culture in which governance and controls are seen not as a barrier, but as an enabler of an effective, well-governed business.
