This growing and forward-thinking law firm requires an outstanding applicant to fill the position of Legal Secretary - Conveyancing in its Lisburn Road, Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative operations of the conveyancing process under the supervision of the firm's conveyancing solicitors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to a solicitor to ensure property transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
- Duties including file management, acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors via telephone and email, opening and closing files, drafting correspondence, Landweb duties, searches and enquiries, billing, coordinating appointments, scanning, printing and e-filing documents, post handling.
Qualifications/Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years secretarial/administrative experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience in a client/customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Other Information:
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- Hours are 9am to 5pm each day with one hour lunch break.
