Boyd Recruitment are currently working alongside an M&E Contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be based in Isle of Bute. Our client is well-reputed within the Scottish construction industry and is recruiting for a key area of their business. Due to contract wins, they are looking to add an Electrical Supervisor to work on a variety of commercial, education, and healthcare projects.

As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day electrical installations on a commercial project. Duties include:

  • Site Inductions and issuing permits
  • Leading teams of Electricians
  • Managing and implementing Health and Safety procedures
  • Reporting on progress and liaising with Main Contractor
  • Attending site meetings and conducting toolbox talks
  • Responsible for all paperwork and handover

PAY RATE / JOB DETAILS

£27 - £30 per hour (DOE)
46 hours per week
Monday to Thursday
Accommodation provided
Plus Allowance money
Project on till November / December 2026.

The Candidate

The Successful Electrical Supervisor will have:

  • On site delivery experience as an Electrical Foreman/Supervisor
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of Electrical systems and their installation methods
  • Ability to plan, prioritise workloads
  • Commercial experience
