Boyd Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a freelance project across Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a civil engineering project while leading a skilled site team.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the site team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure each team member has the right skills and support
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Monitor and analyse fully resourced programmes to meet project targets
  • Manage subcontractors and build strong collaborative relationships
