You won't be a cog in a large machine here; you'll own your campaigns and see the direct impact of your work.
The role: You'll work across our client portfolio β researching, building, and optimising paid campaigns with a level of autonomy that rewards people who back themselves. You'll liaise directly with clients, own your reporting, and contribute to the agency's broader commercial growth.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms for international clients
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting analysis to maximise campaign efficiency
- Interpret campaign metrics proactively β identify what's underperforming and act on it
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Communicate directly with clients β presenting performance, managing expectations, and building strong relationships
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams on integrated campaigns
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging PPC best practices
What we're looking for:
