Founded in East London in 2001 by Olivier Award winners Michael ‘Mikey J’ Asante MBE and Kenrick ‘H2O’ Sandy MBE, the company has taken hip-hop dance theatre from the streets to the world’s biggest stages.

There is a particular opportunity to broaden Boy Blue’s reach beyond the subsidised arts sector, strengthening relationships across sponsorship, philanthropy and new strategic partnerships to support long-term sustainability and growth.
