Your Mission
The Sales Administrator (Deal Registration) is a vital part of boxxe’s commercial team, responsible for capturing eligible opportunities, maximising margins, protecting deals, and meeting SLAs. Collaborating with other various teams in the business, the role focuses on efficient management of partner programmes, timely submission of deal registrations, and continuous process improvement. This position is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset, a passion for improvement, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Qualify, submit, and manage deal registrations on vendor portals, ensuring updates are communicated
- Process high volumes of information via email, ERP, and CRM systems
- Record and track deal registration progress and applicable rebates
- Manage deal registration statuses, including extensions, on-hold cases, and expiry notifications
- Justify valid business cases for deal registration
- Prioritise customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update supplier and deal registration documentation for team visibility
- Engage with sales teams to ensure smooth processes and educate on partner programmes
- Maximise deal registrations and value creation through operational excellence
- Deliver against performance metrics and KPIs to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate data records to enable strategic sales and partner decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities
- Support complex deals, including bids and tenders, both commercially and operationally
- Promote diversity and sustainability initiatives through partner programmes
What experience we think you’ll need
- Proven experience in sales administrator or commercial roles within the Technology industry
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Understanding of partner accreditation and deal registration programmes
- Experience implementing partner deal registration and rebate management tools
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
