Key Responsibilities

• Create new quotes and follow up on existing quotes.
• Liaise with vendors for pricing and quote queries.
• Provide suppliers with updates on quote progress.
• Process POs/Orders and handle queries.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams and partners.
• Manage tenders and contract administration.
• NetSuite/System administration.
• Register, update and revalidate records.
• Engage customers via phone and email when required.
