The role will support the Cisco Business Unit and wider business functions by keeping Cisco-related information, processes, updates, and escalations organised, visible, and accessible. The focus during the maternity cover period will be to maintain core alliance operations, support selective enhancements where already in motion, and help promote the value of the Cisco practice internally and externally where appropriate.

The role exists to ensure continuity across Cisco partner programmes, compliance requirements, specialisations, competencies, rebates, incentives, funding, internal communications, tool access, events, enablement activity, and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning Cisco partner compliance, certifications, and programme requirements
  • Coordinating audits end-to-end and tracking key deadlines and updates
  • Managing Cisco rebates, incentives, and funding (tracking, claims, risk/opportunity)
  • Maintaining clear visibility of promotions and supporting sales activity
  • Producing reporting and supporting training aligned to Cisco priorities
  • Creating simple, practical guides to help teams navigate Cisco processes
  • Leading internal comms on Cisco updates, initiatives, and opportunities
  • Acting as the main link between Cisco and internal teams, resolving issues and driving progress
  • Supporting Cisco events and strengthening day-to-day vendor relationships
  • Maintaining the Cisco Partner SharePoint hub to keep information accurate and accessible
  • Working closely with sales and internal teams to drive awareness of Cisco opportunities
  • Supporting issue resolution by triaging and coordinating Cisco-related escalations

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Experience in alliance, vendor, partner programmes, sales operations, or channel support
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance, audits, rebates, and incentives
  • Confident communicator who can turn vendor updates into clear, practical guidance
  • Comfortable coordinating activity, tracking progress, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM and vendor tools
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and build relationships across teams
  • Cisco or wider tech vendor experience, with an understanding of partner programmes, funding, and audits (desirable)
