Job Title – Bid & Frameworks Manager
Location – Hemel Hempstead – hybrid (Alternatively we will accept applicants in Manchester or London locations)
Reporting to – Head of Bids Management
Your Mission
As part of the boxxe sales team you’ll play a meaningful role in scaling a fast-growing technology company. We’re looking for someone to join our collaborative team, working in a modern, innovative technology company with a new and different approach. What you’ll fit into the big picture
Strategically plan and manage all Framework submissions. Oversee all responses to Request for quotes, Invitation to tenders and other requests that are published on various frameworks with the objective of securing future public sector business, to help achieve company targets. Manage daily workload being mindful of daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the Head of Bid Management to increase turnover of successful tenders and secure places on future frameworks
- Manage all portals, identifying new opportunities
- Manage all framework mailbox’s and distribute, record and follow up on all opportunities
- Attending any supplier framework briefings alongside the Head of Bids & Frameworks
- Manage new opportunities including submissions, writing and collation of tenders
- Source bid pricing and producing tenders for submission on all frameworks
- Provide data and monthly reports where necessary
- Process a variety of bid/deal registrations related to framework opportunities
- Manage large tenders by working closely with internal teams
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company
What experience we think you’ll need
- Previous experience with bid or framework management (desirable)
- Knowledge of the IT & Technology industry (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective personal organisation and planning
- IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
