As Microsoft Technology Partner Manager, you will own and lead boxxe's strategic relationship with Microsoft, ensuring we maximise the value of the partnership and drive measurable commercial growth across the business. You will be accountable for developing and delivering the Microsoft partner strategy, managing partner programmes and performance, maximising incentives and funding opportunities, and enabling our sales, marketing and technical teams to achieve shared business objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact for Microsoft and our CSP distribution partners, you will build strong senior stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities and ensure boxxe remains a recognised and high-performing Microsoft partner.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategic Partnership Management
- Lead and own the strategic Microsoft relationship on behalf of boxxe.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft and relevant CSP distribution partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft sales, partner and technical teams.
- Develop and execute a Microsoft business plan aligned with boxxe sales, marketing and technical strategies.
- Represent boxxe at Microsoft events, partner engagements and executive meetings.
- Commercial Growth & Performance
- Own Microsoft-related performance metrics, reporting and business reviews.
- Drive revenue growth through Microsoft programmes, incentives and partner-led opportunities.
- Manage co-sell motions, CPOR opportunities and services recognition activities.
- Monitor pipeline performance and work with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise and accelerate opportunities.
- Track revenues, rebates, funding and incentive programmes, ensuring opportunities are fully utilised and accurately reported.
- Own and manage all Microsoft Partner Center activities and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner programmes and performance frameworks.
- Manage certification requirements and partner readiness activities to support designation and specialisation achievement.
- Maintain visibility of programme changes and communicate impacts and opportunities across the business.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to drive Microsoft-focused business outcomes.
- Partner with the Partner Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns, customer events and MDF activities.
- Organise and facilitate business reviews, enablement sessions and collaboration forums.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on Microsoft programmes, strategies and opportunities.
- Data & Insight
- Analyse partner performance, pipeline, revenue and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Produce regular reporting and insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Use data to prioritise activities and measure the success of Microsoft partnership initiatives.

- Increasing collaboration between Microsoft, boxxe sales, marketing and technical teams to accelerate customer opportunities.
- Providing clear performance reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Microsoft Partner Manager, Alliance Manager or similar strategic partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, CSP programmes, co-sell motions, Solutions Partner Designations and Specialisations.
- Track record of delivering commercial growth through Microsoft partnerships, programmes and incentives.
- Experience developing and executing partner business plans that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to build credibility, influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Commercially minded, data-led and able to identify and prioritise growth opportunities.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Knowledge of the IT channel, reseller, MSP or vendor ecosystem.
- Ability to travel within the UK when required.
