About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Admin Coordinator to keep our back-end running smoothly. From managing customer emails to prepping payroll and onboarding staff, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine of our studio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer emails and social DMs professionally and promptly
  • Coordinating interviews, onboarding docs, and staff files
  • Preparing monthly payroll reports
  • Keeping staff qualifications and H&S docs up to date
  • Supporting communication between teams as needed
  • Adhoc admin tasks

You’ll Be Great If You…

  • Have 2+ years experience in an admin, VA, PA, EA, or project coordination role
  • Have 2+ years experience in a customer service based role
  • Are highly organised, self-motivated, and thrive working independently
  • Have strong written communication skills
  • Are confident managing multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
  • Are tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
  • Bonus: you’ve worked in a wellness, studio, or small business environment
