The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Kitchen Fitter who takes pride not only in their workmanship but also in delivering a first-class customer experience. You’ll be the friendly, professional face of Boxwood Kitchens in our clients’ homes, ensuring each installation runs smoothly and leaves the customer delighted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting bespoke kitchens with precision and care

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans

• Installing cabinetry, worktops, appliances, sinks, and fixtures to the highest standard

• Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the installation

• Keeping the workspace clean and tidy, treating each home as if it were your own

• Proactively solving problems on site, ensuring customers feel confident and supported

• Representing Boxwood Kitchens with professionalism and courtesy at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a kitchen fitter or in a carpentry/joinery role

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

• Ability to combine technical skill with a personable, approachable manner

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless finishes

• Full UK driving licence (company van may be provided)
