Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs and coordinating interviews to managing candidate communications and supporting hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping teams grow through effective hiring
practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure that job boards, internal systems, and social media platforms are up to date.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Conduct initial screening calls or assessments as needed and assist with candidate shortlisting.
- Build trust and rapport with candidates through having a positive, approachable and friendly demeanour.
- Ensure that recruitment processes comply with GDPR, industry regulations, company policies and employment laws.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and assist in preparing reports.
- Participate in career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Essential Qualities
- Proven experience in recruitment roles (3-4 years preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools(e.g Zoom, Teams).
- Passion for candidate experience and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
