Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Engineering Engagement team. This role involves managing and onboarding key trade Engineers essential to our core operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with engineers via phone, live chat, and email to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and maintained. Prior experience in recruitment or compliance is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Engineers who have applied to carry out work on our app, ensuring they have all the correct documentation and skills, and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Work closely with planners in all departments.
  • Maintain and update engineers’ qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Prioritise and manage trade recruitment in key operational areas to support business continuity and efficient service delivery.
  • Engage daily with trades personnel, clearly communicating company expectations, processes, and compliance requirements to support audit readiness and operational transparency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage schedules and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working alongside engineers and technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various digital tools and systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.
