What you’ll do
We are looking for a driven, dedicated and passionate Installation Planner to join our fast-growing team who would like to be part of the team making Zuno an international household name. As an Installation Planner, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by engaging with our engineers and customers and assisting in any scheduling issues which may arise. You will also be required to:
- Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload.
- Communicate clearly with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance.
- Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise.
- Build relationships with different teams within the company.
- Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking.
Who you are:
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Computer Literate (the role will require you to use a range of Microsoft/Google software).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Well organised and friendly.
- Confident personality.
