Job Responsibilities: As a Heating and Renewables Technical Executive at Zuno, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting client needs, and contributing to the company’s growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to support their needs and drive business growth.
  • Engaging with customers through calls, emails, and live chat, providing tailored guidance in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Presenting and discussing Zuno's range of offerings, including Boilers, Solar, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and EV solutions.
  • Clearly communicating the benefits of our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions and supporting long-term engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective feedback integration.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipelines, and performance metrics within the CRM system.
  • Keeping informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure Zuno remains competitive.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and track engagement.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt approach based on customer feedback and changing market conditions.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Email, and Word.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to workload management.
  • Strong listening skills and familiarity with general office systems, including digital filing.
