The role
We’re looking for experienced electrical professionals to join our rapidly expanding renewable energy team, specialising in domestic installations across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical experience in the renewables sector, who can also lead and support the management of the installation teams, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This is an office-based role and would suit someone who would like to apply their specialist knowledge, skills and experience to delivering energy solutions by leveraging tech. Working across solar PV, battery storage and EV charging, you’ll play a key role in helping ensure our customers transition to cleaner energy while supporting and coordinating engineers on site.

Responsibilities
- This is an office-based role where you will remotely support with onsite installations issues, assist engineers offering technical advice and solutions on the phone or via live chat.
- Carry out desktop audits on all completed installations, to ensure compliance with Zuno & regulatory standards.
- Offer technical support to all other departments e.g. customer service and aftercare.
- Update our backend platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
- Driven to deliver a quality service and good customer outcome.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Have excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Be a supportive team player and detail orientated.
- Computer literate.
- Prepared to learn new skills.
Qualifications & Skills
You’ll have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ Electrical experience with excellent fault-finding skills.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the renewable installations sector.
- 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent.
- Qualification & experience in Domestic Electrical Vehicle charging would be advantageous.
- Qualification & experience in Domestic Solar PV & Battery storage would be advantageous.
- Experience in wiring domestic air source heat pumps would be advantageous.
- Hold a clean driver licence.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative but also integrate as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Clean DBS.
