Key Responsibilities:
- This is a seasonal role to assist with a particularly busy period. This role will be for a fixed-term period of three months only. There is the possibility that the role may become permanent after this time, but this is not guaranteed.
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Providing a friendly, welcoming, and unique guest experience.
- Assessing guest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellent product knowledge.
- Making useful upsell recommendations where applicable.
- Keeping the bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard.
- Operating Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol.
- Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
- Staying guest-focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience.
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
- Recording wastage on the spot and reporting to supervisor.
- Adhering to pouring standards always and completing regular pour tests.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar top and back bar.
- Taking responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicating any issues to supervisors/managers.
