Key Responsibilities

  • Use relevant checklists to ensure all areas of bar set up/breakdown are completed.
  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and tidy venue.
  • Constant communication with bar staff and supervisors.
  • Communicate any stock or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
  • Supply bars with all stock during service periods as required.
  • Restock bars outside of service periods.
  • Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout service periods.
  • Restock upstairs storage areas.
  • Keep all service yard storage areas neat and tidy.
  • Receive deliveries and store them correctly.
  • Restock keg cellar outside of service periods, as well as keep the keg cellar tidy and clean.
  • Reload kegs during service periods as required.
  • Deep clean keg cellar once a week.
  • Line cleaning once a week.
