Boxpark is looking for highly dedicated and passionate part‑time waiting staff to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences through table service. The waiting staff are often the first people that the customers see when they enter our sites. It is therefore important that you are confident, approachable, friendly and enjoy working with the public.
Duties include:
- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Taking orders and delivering drinks promptly and efficiently
- Handling customer requests whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- Performing well in a fast‑paced environment, with an ability to multi‑task and follow directions
The ideal candidate is confident, sociable and patient, with the ability to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances.
