Responsibilities

  • Greetingguests and checking them in using our reservations system.
  • Dealingwith basic trouble shooting on the games and helping guests make the mostof their time with us.
  • Helpingdeal with pre booking and party enquiries.
  • Preparingalcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timelyfashion.
  • Assessingguest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellentproduct knowledge
  • Makinguseful upsell recommendations where applicable
  • Keepthe bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard
  • Operate Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol
  • Restockand replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stayguest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Complywith all food and beverage regulations
  • Pouringstandards are to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed
  • Alwaysmaintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar
  • Takeresponsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issuesto supervisors/managers
