Responsibilities
- Greetingguests and checking them in using our reservations system.
- Dealingwith basic trouble shooting on the games and helping guests make the mostof their time with us.
- Helpingdeal with pre booking and party enquiries.
- Preparingalcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timelyfashion.
- Assessingguest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellentproduct knowledge
- Makinguseful upsell recommendations where applicable
- Keepthe bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard
- Operate Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol
- Restockand replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stayguest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Complywith all food and beverage regulations
- Pouringstandards are to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed
- Alwaysmaintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar
- Takeresponsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issuesto supervisors/managers
