Key Responsibilities

  • To efficiently supply and maintain bar stock levels, adhere to cleanliness standards and support back of house operations while paying special attention to Boxpark’s high standard of customer service and branding initiatives.
  • Use relevant checklists to ensure all areas of bar set up/breakdown are completed.
  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and tidy venue.
  • Constant communication with bar staff and supervisors.
  • Communicate any stock or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
  • Supply bars with all stock during service periods as required.
  • Restock bars outside of service periods.
  • Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout service periods.
  • Restock upstairs storage areas.
  • Keep all service yard storage areas neat and tidy.
  • Receive deliveries and store them correctly.
  • Restock keg cellar outside of service periods, as well as keep the keg cellar tidy and clean.
  • Reload kegs during service periods as required.
  • Deep clean keg cellar once a week.
  • Line cleaning once a week.
