Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently supply and maintain bar stock levels.
- Adhere to cleanliness standards and support back of house operations while paying special attention to Boxpark’s high standard of customer service and branding initiatives.
- Use relevant checklists to ensure all areas of bar set up/breakdown are completed.
- Work with the team to maintain a clean and tidy venue.
- Constant communication with bar staff and supervisors.
- Communicate any stock or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
- Supply bars with all stock during service periods as required.
- Restock bars outside of service periods.
- Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout service periods.
- Restock upstairs storage areas.
- Keep all service yard storage areas neat and tidy.
- Receive deliveries and store them correctly.
- Restock keg cellar outside of service periods, as well as keep the keg cellar tidy and clean.
- Reload kegs during service periods as required.
- Deep clean keg cellar once a week.
- Line cleaning once a week.
