The Role

As an Assistant Manager at BOXPARK, you will be instrumental in driving Outstanding Guest Experiences. You will champion our values to be the world’s best-loved hospitality experience brand through your bar and venue operations knowledge. Driving excellence in shift management at all times, while training and proactively developing future managers and supervisors within the team. You will ensure service is speedy and efficient in all departments and maximise sales and standards at all times, maintaining an industry-leading guest journey through our people.

You will assist the senior management team with everything from rotas, stock control, consumables ordering, sales driving, team training and shift management along with being the main point of contact for our guests via email, phone or in person. You will identify gaps in our guest journey through feedback and develop ways of working to improve the experience. You will also work alongside our events and corporate sales to deliver unbelievable events and conferences.
