The Company: For 13 years we have been offering our famous EAT.DRINK.PLAY experience with unrivalled street food, bars, shops and entertainment all under one roof. In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool and Camden.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing alcoholic or non‑alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timely fashion
- Providing a friendly, welcome and unique guest experience
- Assessing guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellent product knowledge
- Making useful upsell recommendations where applicable
- Keep the bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard
- Operate challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- All wastage to be recorded on the spot and reported to supervisor
- Pouring standards to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed
- Always maintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issues to supervisors/managers
