BOXPARK Croydon is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead a busy, high-volume operation across a vibrant site. You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff and security, drive standards, sales and profitability, and deputise for the AGM in their absence.
You will be responsible for budgeting liquor, labour and consumables, delivering outstanding guest experiences, creating incentives, and planning large-scale event days with the site management team.
