The Role
Boxpark is looking for a highly dedicated and passionate Host/Hostess to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences. The Host is often the first person that the customers see when they enter our site, the person that leads them to their table and makes sure their glass is never half full. It is therefore important that you are confident, approachable, friendly and enjoy working with the public. Duties include:
- Taking table service orders
- Greeting and seating customers
- Running drinks
- Communicating daily events and promotions
You must perform well in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and follow directions. The ideal candidate is confident, sociable and patient, with the ability to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances.
