Join our established and fast-growing Logistics Team delivering parcels on pre-planned local (Bristol/Newport) routes. We’re looking for reliable, motivated van drivers to handle high-volume multi-drop deliveries with full training and ongoing support provided. If you’re looking for regular work, strong earning potential, and a supportive operations team, this role is ideal.
What We Offer
- Daily pay: £211.00 - £230.00 (including VAT)
- Weekly performance-related bonuses earn up to £120.00 per week
- Weekly payments, paid directly into your bank account
- Paid training and onboarding - no previous delivery experience required
- Company-arranged rental van (insurance included)
- Paid mileage allowance
- Flexible working schedule - choose your own working days
- Work up to 6 days per week
- Dedicated driver support and route assistance
Your Role
- Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries using a delivery app
- Follow pre-planned routes and delivery instructions
- Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently
- Meet delivery targets while maintaining high service standards
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report issues
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK or EU Category B driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
- Age 21+ (for insurance purposes)
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- We cannot accept the following endorsements: TT, DR, CD, IN, DG
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Physically fit for a fast-paced, active role
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
