The Role
I am seeking a highly capable Virtual Personal Assistant who can also manage and accelerate my personal brand and business content across several ventures. This is a great role for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, is obsessively organised, and can turn rough ideas into polished outputs quickly. You will act as my operational right hand while also driving consistency and quality across my public facing content.
Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant Duties
- Diary and travel management across multiple businesses
- Managing my Inbox and drafting responses
- Task tracking and daily follow ups with teams, advisers, and suppliers
- Coordinating employees, advisers and partners
- Preparing meeting notes and action points
- Keeping priorities clear and deadlines hit
- Managing confidential and sensitive information
- Managing my LinkedIn, podcast, and publishing schedules
- Turning voice notes into posts, articles, and outlines
- Coordinating filming, editing, designers, and freelancers
- Uploading and distributing content across channels
- Responding and monitoring all messages
- Spotting opportunities for press, partnerships, and speaking
