Boxing is Love is Boxraw\'s official charity (no We provide structural support to young people at risk of school exclusion through our alliance network, delivering our boxing and educational programme, Fellows network, grants, partnerships, and boxing equipment. Boxing is our key spearhead to reach, engage, and resonate with those struggling in education and employment, helping young people reimagine what\'s possible.
We work across alliance-building, storytelling campaigns, educational programmes and research, because transforming lives through boxing takes more than just training. It takes unity to strengthen communities, stories to make the unseen visible, and education to help young people see new possibilities.
Role
This is a remote volunteer position for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator. The role involves creating visual assets such as graphics, logos, branding materials, and illustrations that bring our mission to life. You\'ll collaborate closely with the team to develop creative concepts and produce designs that reflect the vision and values of Boxing Is Love.
In particular, we are developing a research and knowledge catalogue and are committed to sharing insights on social media platforms. We\'re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about visualising abstract ideas and transforming complex information into accessible, engaging designs.
Commitment
• Flexible and remote role
• Time commitment is open to discussion, but typically between 2–5 hours per week, depending on projects
• We ask for reliability in meeting deadlines and attending occasional virtual check-ins with the team
What we\'re looking for
• Proficiency in graphic design and illustration (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear and engaging visuals
• Creativity in developing concepts for branding, social media, and research materials
