As our DACH Marketing Coordinator in London (Old Street) for a 12 month FTC, you’ll learn how great marketing comes together by helping plan events, create campaigns, and work with partners that reach customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You won’t be expected to know it all on day one. You’ll collaborate with friendly experts across Sales and Marketing, learn how to turn a business goal into a simple plan, help bring that plan to life (think event invites, web pages, emails, and webinars), and then see the results—what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve. If you’re curious, organized, and excited to learn how modern B2B marketing really works, this role gives you hands-on experience and a clear path to grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on first- and third-party events across the DACH region, driving audience acquisition and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate sales priorities into localized, insight-led campaigns in partnership with the Regional DACH Marketing Lead and Sales.
  • Execute joint marketing programs with regional partners, managing timelines, assets, and ROI tracking.
  • Coordinate landing pages, email nurtures, and webinars with Marketing Operations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Support EMEA digital tactics—paid, organic social, and employee advocacy—to amplify regional initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize pipeline impact.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams to drive alignment and follow-through.
  • Own key operational workflows, including localization, asset management, and calendar management, to keep programs on track.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in German and English, with demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for DACH audiences.
  • Some experience in B2B marketing, events, or partner marketing; internships and placements welcome!
  • Strong project manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable prioritizing multiple deadlines.
  • Data-aware and curious, using analytics to evaluate performance and inform iteration.
  • Collaborative communicator who builds trust with Sales, SDR, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation, webinar platforms, CMS) is a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK required; London-based hybrid role with in-office collaboration.

Benefits:

  • Box Benefits package includes pension, medical and dental coverage.
  • We have a robust wellness program including 25 days of vacation (plus your birthday off!) and subsidized gym membership.
  • There is such a thing as a free lunch, you can order from a daily menu along with lots of snacks and drinks.
  • EMEA HQ office is located in the impressive White Collar Factory on Old Street; and other European offices in Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.
