The Role: We are looking for professional, high-energy floor staff with excellent communication skills to deliver exciting dishes and drinks to our guests adhering to the operation of the site. Floor staff will greet customers, provide table service, recommend menu items as well as be presentable at all times. You will also upsell items and handle basic cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor operations across the site.
• Table service.
• Food / drink pairing knowledge for guest information.
• To provide the standard of service and guest experience required.
• Manage all aspects of the floor service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Maximise the guest experience.
• Floor upkeep.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

The Ideal Candidate for this role:

• A proven serving experience in a high volume, cocktail led and dining venue.
• Confident, articulate and presentable.
• Well-trained with a good understanding of H&S and due diligence.
• Honest, reliable and hard-working.
• A high level of personal integrity.
• Passionate and proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Able to build strong working relationships with staff.
• Organised with high attention to detail.
• Have a knowledge of beers, wines and spirits as well as recommended food pairings.
• Have a wide range of cocktail knowledge.
